The People's Council of Ha Tinh province has just issued a plan to organize a regular meeting at the end of 2023 with many important contents, expected to take place in 3 days (December 6 - 8, 2023).

Ha Tinh Provincial People's Council plans to hold its year-end meeting from December 6-8.

The year-end meeting is scheduled to take place over 3 days (December 6-8) at the Provincial People's Committee Office hall.

At this session, the Provincial People's Council will review the contents of regular reports submitted by the Provincial People's Committee such as: Report on assessing the socio-economic situation in 2023, socio-economic development plan in 2024; report on assessing the implementation of the public investment plan in 2023, tasks and solutions in 2024; report on the implementation of the total administrative and public payroll in 2023, the plan for the total administrative and public payroll in 2024; report on the results of the implementation of the State budget estimate in 2023, the revenue, expenditure and allocation estimates of the State budget in 2024; report on the development of the 3-year State financial and budget plan for 2024 - 2026; opinions and recommendations of voters sent to the 14th Session; report on responding to opinions and recommendations of voters sent to the regular meeting at the end of 2023...

The Provincial People's Council also reviewed reports and submissions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the committees of the Provincial People's Council, including thematic supervision reports on administrative reform in the province in the period of 2020 - 2023 of the Provincial People's Council; the settlement of voters' petitions, the content of the answers to questions at the 8th and 11th Sessions of the 18th Provincial People's Council by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; the results of updating and adjusting maps and cadastral records in the province in the period of 2020 - 2023 of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council...

The session will consider reports from the agencies: Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court, and Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency.

The Provincial People's Council also considered the contents of the issuance of specialized resolutions at the meeting (in addition to regular resolutions), including notable resolutions such as: Resolution stipulating the collection, exemption, reduction, collection, payment, management and use of temporary sidewalk usage fees in Ha Tinh city; Resolution on policies to promote export activities associated with the development of logistics services in the province in the period of 2024 - 2030; Resolution stipulating a number of policies to support the implementation of population resettlement in areas: natural disasters, special difficulties, border areas, spontaneous migration, special-use forests in Ha Tinh province in the period of 2023-2025;

The session also conducted questions and answers; took a vote of confidence for the person holding the position elected by the Provincial People's Council.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council presides over and coordinates with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the Standing Committees of the Fatherland Front Committees of districts, cities and towns to organize for the Provincial People's Council delegates to meet voters in localities from November 9, 2023 to November 15, 2023.
