Discovering a male student jumping off a bridge, two traffic police officers on duty quickly jumped into the river to save the victim.

According to initial information, on the morning of the same day (November 27), Major Tran Trung Hieu and Senior Lieutenant Dang Quoc Hung, officers of the Traffic Police Team, Thai Hoa Town Police, Nghe An Province, were on patrol and controlling traffic order and safety.

While passing Hieu 2 Bridge (in Tay Hieu commune, Thai Hoa town), a student was seen jumping off the bridge into the river.

In the emergency situation, Major Tran Trung Hieu and Senior Lieutenant Dang Quoc Hung quickly approached and brought the victim ashore, encouraged him, took measures to keep him warm, and monitored his health.

After the victim's mental and physical health were stable, the working group took the victim home and handed him over to his family for monitoring and management.
