The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1104/QD-UBND on the allocation of 4,902m2 of land in Hop Thanh commune, My Duc district to the My Duc district People's Committee to implement the project of Building technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Cua Lang area, Vai Moi village, Hop Thanh commune, My Duc district.
The location, boundary, and area of the land for project implementation are determined in the adjusted Master Plan Drawing QH 01, scale 1/500, prepared by Viet A Architecture, Investment and Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company in 2024 and approved by My Duc District People's Committee on October 16, 2024; The coordinate map of the boundary marker was handed over by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on April 24, 2024.
In the total area of 4,902m2 of land, there are 3,125.5m2 of residential land; 1,776.5m2 of technical infrastructure land. Form of land use: The People's Committee of My Duc district is allocated land by the State without collecting land use fees;
The winner of the auction for land use rights is allocated land by the State with land use fees collected, land use term: Long-term. Land allocation method: Land allocation without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
The City People's Committee assigned the My Duc District People's Committee to be responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, and ensure compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management;
Organize implementation according to approved investment projects to ensure overall planning and synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure.
My Duc District People's Committee is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan Drawing to ensure that there is no interleaved land area and that land is used economically and effectively;
Guide the auction winner to fulfill financial obligations; register land use rights; issue Certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land; complete investment procedures and application for Construction Permits according to regulations.
