This year’s festival attracted 100 booths from Hung Yen province, localities in the Red River Delta region and associated provinces to introduce local specialties, display typical OCOP products and promote tourist destinations. In addition, the program also has many unique cultural and artistic activities, creating conditions for businesses, organizations and individuals operating in the tourism and service sectors to exchange and cooperate to improve the effectiveness of tourism promotion.
Participating in the Festival, the Ha Nam Tourism Promotion Center introduces to visitors outstanding local specialties such as Kien Khe rice paper, Northern honey, dairy products of Moc Bac Milk Joint Stock Company, traditional braised fish, etc. These are products with a strong Ha Nam culinary identity, not only serving the enjoyment needs of tourists but also contributing to promoting the image of local tourism. In addition, the Center also provides tourism publications, maps, and handbooks to introduce the land, people, and tourist attractions of Ha Nam.
In addition to the food stalls, the 2nd Hung Yen Food Festival in 2025 also features many exciting activities such as the Chung cake and Day cake wrapping contest, incense offering and cake offering programs at Lac Long Quan Temple and Au Co Temple, Ca Tru, Trong Quan, Hat Cheo performances and cultural exchanges between regions. In particular, the space to introduce tourist destinations will help visitors have a more general view of the localities participating in the event.
By participating in the Hung Yen Province Culinary Festival 2025, Ha Nam Tourism Promotion Center not only introduces the quintessence of local cuisine but also plays an active role in connecting and cooperating in tourism development between provinces and cities. This is also an opportunity for Ha Nam tourism to promote its potential, attract domestic and foreign tourists, and contribute to promoting local tourism to develop more and more sustainably.
