Specifically, E5 RON92 gasoline increased by 383 VND/liter, not higher than 20,244 VND/liter. RON95 gasoline increased by 408 VND/liter, not higher than 21,004 VND/liter. Diesel oil price increased by 478 VND/liter, not higher than 18,733 VND/liter. Kerosene increased by 402 VND/liter, not higher than 18,968 VND/liter and fuel oil increased by 329 VND/kg, not higher than 15,903 VND/kg.
In this period, the regulatory agency continues not to set aside or use the gasoline price stabilization fund for all products.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the world oil market in this period (from December 12 to December 18) is affected by factors such as the European Union passing a package of sanctions against Russia (a member of OPEC+), geopolitical risks in the Middle East, and the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine...
The above factors have caused world oil prices to fluctuate up and down in recent days, depending on the product.
The average price of finished petroleum products in the world between the price adjustment period on December 12 and the adjustment period on December 19 was: 82.866 USD/barrel of RON92 gasoline used to blend E5 RON92 gasoline (up 2.116 USD/barrel); 86.216 USD/barrel of RON95 gasoline (up 2.102 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 2.50%); 88.964 USD/barrel of kerosene (up 2.264 USD/barrel); 89.566 USD/barrel of diesel oil (up 2.692 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 3.10%); 446.492 USD/ton of fuel oil (up 11.510 USD/ton).
In the operating period on December 12, the price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by 3 VND/liter, not higher than 19,861 VND/liter; in contrast, the price of RON95 gasoline increased by 33 VND/liter, not higher than 20,596 VND/liter.
Meanwhile, the prices of all types of oil decreased. Diesel oil price decreased by 127 VND/liter, not higher than 18,255 VND/liter. Kerosene price decreased by 251 VND/liter, not higher than 18,566 VND/liter and fuel oil price decreased by 551 VND/kg, not higher than 15,574 VND/kg.
