SJC brand and ring gold prices remain stable, central exchange rate increases by 16 VND

Domestic gold ring and SJC brand prices fluctuated little in the opening session this morning (April 2), while the central exchange rate increased sharply.

At 9:00 a.m., Saigon Jewelry Company; Doji and Phu Quy listed the buying and selling prices of SJC gold in the range of 99.40-102.10 million VND/tael, remaining stable.

Bao Tin Minh Chau Company announced the price of plain round gold rings from 99.80-102.10 million VND/tael (buy/sell), unchanged from the previous closing price.

Previously, yesterday, despite continuous fluctuations, the price of gold rings and SJC still increased from 200,000-400,000 VND/tael.

In the world, this precious metal fluctuated around 3,130 USD/ounce this morning, up about 3 USD compared to the same time last session. This price is equivalent to 97.35 million VND/tael when converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank.

This morning, the State Bank listed the central exchange rate on April 2 at 24,851 VND/USD, up 16 VND compared to the end of last week. With a margin of +/-5%, Vietcombank announced from 25,460-25,820 VND. Vietinbank traded from 25,410-25,810 VND/USD (buy/sell), remaining stable compared to the previous closing price.

However, Agribank traded at 25,460-25,800 VND/USD (buy/sell), up 20 VND, while BIDV bought at 25,450 VND/USD and sold at 25,810 VND/USD, down 10 VND compared to the previous session./.
