Gold prices fluctuated strongly today as the latest report from Bank of America forecasts that in 2025, the average gold price will be around $3,063/ounce and increase to $3,350/ounce in 2026.

Bank of America said demand for gold could come from China's insurance sector. Central banks will add to their gold reserves. Growing economic uncertainty and the extent of the correction in the US stock market are also driving investors to the gold market.
