City leaders listen to citizens' petitions

The reception was held in person and online, connecting to the bridge points at the People's Committees of districts and towns - where citizens came to make recommendations and proposals.

At the meeting, many opinions of the people related to the land sector were recorded, mainly focusing on the following contents: Requesting resettlement land, granting land use right certificates, land use right disputes, etc.

City leaders and representatives of departments, agencies and sectors directly responded to and clarified citizens' petitions. For each specific case, the City People's Committee will continue to direct relevant agencies and localities to consider and resolve in accordance with legal regulations.

Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong emphasized that the reception of citizens must demonstrate a sense of responsibility, impartiality, and ensure the legitimate rights of the people. The response documents must clearly state the legal basis, and at the same time provide specific and detailed instructions on the next procedures for the people to follow. At the same time, the complaint handling officers must be proactive in going to the field, reviewing the records, and understanding the details of the case in order to come up with a reasonable and thorough solution. The resolution process must ensure progress, with a decisive and conclusive response, avoiding a prolonged situation that causes frustration among the people.

The citizen reception took place in a frank and open atmosphere, demonstrating the high sense of responsibility of the city government towards the recommendations and reflections of the people.
