Specifically, at around 4:40 p.m. on April 8, Mr. Dao Van Duy Binh (residing in Thuy Bieu Ward, Thuan Hoa District) delivered goods at Khe Tre Market and dropped a stack of 40 million VND at the market gate. Mr. Binh quickly reported to Khe Tre Town Police and received assistance in searching.

The above amount of money was picked up by Ms. Le Thi Hoai (residing in Huong Xuan commune, Phu Loc district) and reported to the police.

Receiving his property back, Mr. Dao Van Duy Binh was happy and expressed his gratitude for the sense of responsibility of Khe Tre Town Police. At the same time, he thanked Ms. Hoai for her beautiful act of "picking up lost property and returning it to the owner".
