FPT Automotive was established by FPT Corporation in December 2023, aiming to conquer the multi-hundred-billion-dollar automotive software market. The company is headquartered in Texas, USA. Before establishing FPT Automotive, FPT had invested in this field for more than 10 years with a team of more than 4,000 experts developing comprehensive automotive software services, ranging from entertainment technology, in-car information, electronic control units (ECUs), safety and security functions, to UI/UX design for cars, wireless and digital connectivity.

With a growth rate of about 40% in recent years, this field has made an important contribution to FPT's goal of reaching 1 billion USD in IT service revenue for foreign markets in 2023.

FPT's comprehensive MaaZ technology solution for cars is also globally recognized with the AutoTech Breakthrough Awards - an international award dedicated to innovative initiatives in the automotive technology industry held annually.

FPT currently owns a network of 150 customers, including leading enterprises in the industry such as Volvo, Honda, Hyundai, Ford, LG, Panasonic, VinFast, NXP... Recently, the company has reached a cooperation agreement to develop software for devices of Nippon Seiki - the world's leading corporation in meter clusters and head-up displays (HUD) for cars and motorbikes.
