This is the 9th consecutive year that EVNSPC has implemented Customer Appreciation Month with many meaningful and practical activities closely related to customers' lives and social needs, creating a strong spread and being positively received by the public.
Customer and community oriented
Implementing programs in Customer Appreciation Month 2023, in many provinces and cities in the Southern region, EVNSPC has been carrying out many activities to show gratitude to customers, targeting customers in remote areas, poor customers, policy families... who are still facing many difficulties.
At Tay Ninh Electricity Company, the union members launched a campaign to repair unsafe power lines after meters in 2023 for free for 69 households under the policy in Truong Tay, Truong Dong, Truong Hoa communes of Hoa Thanh town with a total cost of 46.15 million VND; pulled low-voltage wires, relocated unsafe meters and customers for 11 households in Hoa Dong B hamlet, Hoa Hiep commune, Tan Bien district with a total cost of materials and equipment of nearly 50 million VND.
Repairing electricity for 15 customers who are poor households and policy families in Hao Duoc and Long Vinh communes, Chau Thanh district with a total cost of 45 million VND; handing over a Great Solidarity house to Ms. Pham Thi Bich Thuy, residing in Tan Dong hamlet, Tan Thanh commune, Tan Chau district, a near-poor household in the locality with a support cost of 70 million VND.

Ba Ria - Vung Tau Electricity Company organized the contest "Learn about safe and economical use of electricity", the event attracted nearly 26,000 students to participate. As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 6 collective prizes to secondary schools, 1,872 6th grade students won individual prizes, the total prize value was more than 103 million VND. At the same time, 36 poor households in Tan Lam commune, Xuyen Moc district were happy to be supported to repair electricity, install new light bulbs completely free of charge, the total cost of implementation was 30 million VND.
In Binh Duong, Ben Cat Electricity also organized a summary of the "Family Saving Electricity 2023" Program and awarded households with achievements in saving electricity in 2023 in Ben Cat town.
Meanwhile, Thu Dau Mot Electricity cooperated with Tan An Primary School to organize extracurricular activities with the theme "Saving electricity in schools in 2023", mainly to disseminate propaganda on safe, economical and effective use of electricity and give gifts to poor students with especially difficult circumstances of the School.

Ten thousand hearts - One heart
With the message "Donate blood - Give life", employees of Can Giuoc Power Company - Long An Power Company donated 5,250ml of blood for community health. Ho Chi Minh City Power College (HEPC) and Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society successfully organized the 2nd "HEPC - Ten Thousand Red Hearts" humanitarian blood donation festival in 2023, with the active participation of more than 100 employees and a large number of students in the school.
At EVNSPC Office alone, on the morning of December 5, EVNSPC Youth Union coordinated with Ho Chi Minh City Humanitarian Blood Donation Center to organize blood donation with nearly 150 participants. On the same day, Ninh Thuan Power Company also coordinated with the Provincial General Hospital to organize blood donation for 25 employees.

Thus, after two days of implementing Pink Week 2023, nearly 1,100 employees of 17 units under EVNSPC participated in humanitarian blood donation. Currently, because local hospitals and blood centers are organizing and arranging blood collection, some units will continue to donate blood in December 2023 and extend to January 2024.
Continue to deploy until the end of January 2024
This year's Customer Appreciation Month program will mainly take place in November and December 2023 with the aim of expressing the gratitude of the Electricity industry to electricity customers, through business activities, customer services and some social security activities.
Depending on the actual situation in the localities, EVNSPC agrees to make appropriate adjustments and extend until January 2024 on the basis of ensuring the effectiveness of the program, actual conditions at the unit and cost savings.

The activities create practical connections and effectiveness with electricity customers and the community through directly supporting and helping people, businesses and customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively; focusing on ensuring safe and stable electricity supply and improving customer service quality during holidays and Tet; organizing customer conferences to listen to customers' opinions, thoughts and aspirations, answering questions, and consulting on safe, economical and effective electricity use.
During this same period, member units of EVNSPC will organize and implement a number of specific social security activities depending on the conditions of each unit and the situation in each locality; organize and implement programs to visit and support poor households, support lonely elderly people without dependents, policy families, and orphans in difficult circumstances.

Implementing programs to light up the countryside roads in the area, donating blood, repairing and installing new electrical systems for poor households and families with preferential policies; supporting poor households and policies to replace lighting with energy-saving LED lights; organizing visits, giving gifts and showing gratitude to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers that EVNSPC and other units are taking care of.
With the spirit of "devoting ourselves to customers", ready to serve with increasingly improved quality and service, EVNSPC's Customer Appreciation Month this year will receive more consensus and sharing from customers using electricity in the area.
