Nutritional Breakfast – A Solid Foundation for Public Health
Morning is the "golden" time to supplement nutrients and start a new day effectively. Recognizing this importance, Amway and Nutrilite Health Institute in collaboration with the National Institute of Nutrition have developed the Nutrition Morning Program to help Vietnamese people build a habit of eating a full and balanced breakfast. The program provides scientific knowledge about the role of nutrition in health, the importance of healthy living habits, and offers useful advice to help improve the quality of life.
According to experts, a healthy breakfast not only provides energy but also helps improve mental health, strengthen resistance and enhance work performance. In addition to a reasonable diet, factors such as adequate sleep, regular exercise, maintaining a positive spirit and community connection also play an essential role in building a solid foundation of health.
Speaking about the significance of the training program, Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thanh Duong, Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, said: "This training course not only helps Amway Distributors equip themselves with scientific nutritional knowledge but also plays an important role in raising public awareness about the importance of breakfast. We believe that with this cooperation, Amway will contribute to promoting a generation of healthier Vietnamese people, more proactive in taking care of their health right from their daily habits."
It is expected that by the end of 2025, more than 30,000 Distributors will complete the training program.
The training program is a bridge of nutritional knowledge to the community.
In order to spread the scientific values of the Nutrition Breakfast Program, Amway has implemented an intensive training program exclusively for Distributors. This program is taught by experts from the National Institute of Nutrition, with a curriculum built on scientific foundations and practical research.
The training program is organized in two forms, including direct training in 7 major provinces and cities across the country including: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, An Giang, Tay Tinh, Hai Phong, Thai Nguyen. The goal is to help Distributors access knowledge from lecturers and exchange practical experiences. The combined online training form through Amway's e-learning platform gives Distributors the flexibility to study anytime, anywhere.
The training content includes knowledge about the importance of nutrition for health, providing a foundation of knowledge about essential groups of nutrients and their roles in the body. In addition, the program also guides how to maintain a healthy lifestyle through a positive spirit, quality sleep, reasonable exercise and a scientific diet. At the same time, the course also shares methods for building a scientific breakfast, helping Distributors understand how to choose the right food, balance nutrition and form good habits every morning.
With a thorough investment in training programs, Amway expects Distributors to not only become individuals equipped with complete nutritional knowledge but also become inspirational ambassadors, helping the Vietnamese community raise awareness of health. Through this program, Amway commits to accompanying consumers on the journey to build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu, General Director of Amway Vietnam, shared: "This training program is not only an important step in improving the capacity of Distributors but also demonstrates Amway's long-term commitment to investing in community health. The 'Live healthy, live happy' strategy that Amway is pursuing does not stop at providing quality products but also aims to change habits and raise awareness of consumers. We believe that through cooperation with the National Institute of Nutrition, this program will create a positive and profound impact on millions of Vietnamese families."
It is expected that by the end of 2025, more than 30,000 Distributors will complete this training program, fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to be able to advise and guide customers to apply a scientific nutritional regimen in the morning.
