Recently, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (stock code: KBC) announced its decision to establish a representative office in Hanoi. This office was established for the purpose of dealing with customers with the representative being Mr. Dang Nguyen Nam Anh.

Mr. Dang Nguyen Nam Anh is the son of Mr. Dang Thanh Tam, Chairman of Kinh Bac Urban Area Board of Directors. This is the first time Mr. Nam Anh has directly participated in the family business activities.

The State Securities Commission has just issued a decision to impose an administrative penalty in the field of securities and the securities market on EU Waste and Energy Treatment Joint Stock Company with the amount of VND 92.5 million for failing to disclose information that must be disclosed according to the law.
