On the afternoon of April 15, Thanh Hoa City Party Committee held a conference to summarize the program to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Ham Rong victory (April 3-4, 1965 - April 3-4, 2025). According to statistics, in the days before, during and after the anniversary, nearly 60,000 visitors and people came to visit the Ham Rong historical - cultural relic site.

At the same time, it is necessary to do a good job of environmental sanitation, creating a clean and beautiful landscape to attract tourists to visit; do a good job of preserving invested assets and assigning them to the Ham Rong Historical - Cultural Relic Management Board for management.

The City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission will coordinate with the Thanh Hoa Historical Science Association in April 2025 and invite writers to meet with witnesses who participated in the battle and served in the battle to protect Ham Rong Bridge to deepen the feats of the witnesses to the Ham Rong victory. The City Department of Education and Training will continue to direct schools to do a good job of educating historical traditions through red addresses, helping the younger generation have a correct understanding of history, thereby constantly training, striving, preserving and embellishing the nation's heroic tradition of fighting against foreign invaders.

The City People's Committee directed the City Construction Investment Project Management Board to hand over and put into use all works serving the 60th Anniversary of Ham Rong Victory to promote the value of the relics after they are built and restored.

On this occasion, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council Le Anh Xuan and Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trong Thu awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee to 10 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in organizing activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Ham Rong victory.
