Hanoi Police proactively developed plans early and set the highest requirements to ensure absolute security and safety for the Delegation. Units were on standby 100% of the time, ensuring forces, equipment, and vehicles were ready according to the plans, proactive in all situations, not being surprised.

The City Police always ensure security and safety at the Protection Centers, Command Information Centers, the Delegation's accommodation facilities, and the access routes, guard posts, and important targets where the Delegation's activities take place.

At each checkpoint, the City Police deployed forces to deploy plans and organize traffic flow from a distance, minimizing congestion and creating favorable conditions for people to travel smoothly; especially on key routes, around the areas where activities and events took place within the framework of the Delegation's visit.

Assigned with the task of coordinating with patrol units to control and absolutely protect the safety of the area where the talks between the two sides took place and the dining and resting area of ​​the Delegation, officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Department strictly implemented the information reporting regime, promptly detected and had countermeasures for any sudden and complicated situations that could occur at the protected targets.

Over the past two days, the Capital Police have proactively grasped the situation, effectively deployed protection plans, and made efforts to ensure absolute security and safety for the State visit to Vietnam by the General Secretary and President of China, contributing to spreading the image of the Capital Police as brave, disciplined, and professional.
