To achieve these results, the school always strives in education, building study plans for each year, closely following the learning situation of each class and each student. Right from the beginning of the school year, the school deploys plans and educational activities in general, and the work of fostering excellent students in particular to teachers.
The school bases on the results of the previous school year and the following school year, the wishes of the students to organize a review exam to select the team, assign expertise to each teacher. During the learning process, build priority points, encourage students, give timely rewards, create a comfortable learning spirit for students, register for appropriate subject combinations. Outside of class, teachers supplement knowledge, answer any questions of students in need.
To be consistent with the curriculum of the Ministry of Education and Training and flexible for each group of students, the school's teachers combine many teaching methods during class. Visual learning and practice exercises help students learn simple problems on their own, then experience learning through pair work, group work, etc.
The school organizes to collect students' opinions on teaching methods, testing, and evaluation of teachers through questionnaires or directly at dialogue conferences between the principal and students, which are held periodically twice a school year. The school assigns experienced teachers with good professional capacity to participate in teaching graduation exam review and training excellent students.
The school organizes mock exams for high school graduation, school-level excellent students, mid-term and final exams in a centralized manner; encourages teachers to pay attention to nurturing excellent students, tutoring weak students for free outside of regular school hours, especially difficult content in the online teaching process. In the past 5 years, the school has conducted 4,675 tutoring sessions for weak students, 7,906 tutoring sessions for excellent students.
The school has increased the application of IT and digital transformation in innovating teaching methods and forms, testing, assessment and management. The proportion of general education program content implemented online is over 5%; the development of digital learning materials is over 60%.
