TPO - Last week, three southern provinces and cities, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Binh Thuan, implemented many decisions to mobilize, assign and appoint key officials.

Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department has new leader

On the afternoon of March 28, at the headquarters of the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department, the General Department of Customs held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel, General Department of Customs announced the decision of the Director General of the General Department of Customs on the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan - Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, to hold the position of Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department, from April 2, 2024.

Previously, on March 27, at the headquarters of the General Department of Customs, the Ministry of Finance held a conference to announce the Decision to appoint Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thang - former Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department - to hold the position of Deputy Director General of the General Department of Customs.


Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Department of Health mobilizes and appoints key officials

On March 26, the Department of Health of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province transferred and appointed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuoc, former Director of Vung Tau Hospital, to hold the position of Director of the Medical Assessment Center. The term of office is 5 years, from the date of signing the decision.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuoc was born in 1969, with professional qualifications of specialist II.


The Politburo approved the position of Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of March 29, Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, Ms. Truong Thi Mai - Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organizing Committee - presented the decision of the Politburo approving the position of Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term to Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh.

Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh (47 years old), from Dien Hoa commune, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province. Advanced level of political theory; master's degree in public administration, architect, bachelor's degree in English literature. Mr. Hoai Anh used to be a specialist at the Department of Construction of Binh Thuan province before working at the Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union and held positions such as Deputy Head, Head of the Ideology and Culture Department of the Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union.
