Hanoi National University of Education High School for the Gifted (Hanoi National University of Education) has just announced the benchmark scores for grade 10 of specialized programs for the 2023-2024 school year, in which the Math specialized class has the highest score.

On the evening of June 14, Hanoi National University of Education High School for the Gifted announced the benchmark scores for grade 10. For two consecutive years, the Math class had the highest benchmark score of 26.5 points.
The admission score is the sum of three exams, including Math and Literature with coefficient 1 and specialized subject with coefficient 2. Therefore, to be admitted to the specialized Math class, candidates must achieve an average of 6.7 points per subject. To win a scholarship, the minimum average score is 7.9 points.

Successful candidates submit their admission application on July 8, 2023 at the Office of the High School for the Gifted, University of Education. The time for receiving re-examination applications is from June 15, 2023 to 5:00 p.m. on June 22, 2023 at the Office of the High School for the Gifted, University of Education, Room 107, Building D1, 136 Xuan Thuy, Cau Giay, Hanoi (during office hours).
Candidates who are "Eligible for admission to CLC class" submit their application (with form) at the Office of the High School for the Gifted, University of Education from June 15, 2023 to June 30, 2023 (during office hours, except Saturday and Sunday).
Previously, on the morning of June 1, more than 6,100 students in Hanoi and some neighboring provinces took the entrance exam to grade 10 of Hanoi National University of Education High School for the Gifted.
This year, Hanoi National University of Education High School for the Gifted recruited 315 students, attracting more than 6,100 candidates. The English specialized class had the most applicants - 2,049, with a competition ratio of 1/29.3, meaning that for every 30 candidates, only one was admitted. Next was the competition ratio for the Literature specialized class at 1/28.5. Other specialized classes had competition ratios ranging from 1/10.2 to 1/19.8, with the lowest being the Biology specialized class.
