108 Central Military Hospital recalls Hofumil Gold Plus milk from fake milk production company

Recently, the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security has dismantled a ring of fake milk powder production, trading and consumption in Hanoi and neighboring provinces. The subjects in the case are Rance Pharma Company located at Him Lam residential area, Van Phuc, Ha Dong, Hanoi and Hacofood Group Company, located at LK52-10, Phu Luong New Urban Area, Phu Luong Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi along with a number of other directly related companies.

On the afternoon of April 17, information from the 108 Central Military Hospital said that the hospital had checked and discovered that the Hofumil Gold Plus milk product supplied in the hospital was on the list of milk products produced by one of the above companies, although there was no information from the authorities about whether the Hofumil Gold Plus milk product was fake or not.

To ensure the rights of patients, on April 12, the Hospital's leaders implemented the following solutions: Stop using Hofumil Gold Plus milk products and recall this product to return it to the supplier.

The hospital has contacted the patient who was advised to use Hofumil Gold Plus milk product to advise them to stop using it, and at the same time, accompanied the patient in requesting the supplier to refund the amount of money spent on the product to protect the patient's rights.

The Hofumil Gold Plus milk product used in the hospital has gone through a public bidding process in accordance with the law. Therefore, if the Hofumil Gold Plus milk product is concluded by the State authorities to be a counterfeit product, the hospital and the patient will be the victims of this incident.
