Previously, on the morning of March 17, the Drug Police Team, Bao Lam District Police, in coordination with Loc Thanh Commune Police, suddenly raided and inspected room number 2 of CM homestay (Loc Thanh Commune), discovering 8 young men and women using drugs, including: Tran Trong Tuan (34 years old), Huynh Tri Kiet (30 years old), Vu Hoang Minh Quan (31 years old), Nguyen Huu Dung (35 years old), Vu Ngoc Hai (33 years old, all 5 living in Bao Loc City, Lam Dong), Do Xuan Truc (20 years old, living in Ba Ria - Vung Tau), Nguyen Phuong Linh (19 years old, living in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai) and Nguyen Thi Tuyet Suong (23 years old, living in Dak Nong).
Searching room number 2, the police discovered drug paraphernalia, 1 plastic bag and 1 plastic box containing white crystalline powder.
Initially, Hai and Quan confessed that it was ketamine that they brought for the group to use on the night of March 16 at the CM homestay owned by Nguyen Huu Dung.
Truc, Linh, and Suong (employees of a karaoke bar) said they were hired by Tuan to work at CM's homestay, and each person was paid 6 million VND by Tuan.
Bao Lam District Police are clarifying the case of a group of young people "high" on drugs for handling.
