Lam Dong: Proposal to invest in a 1,000-hectare residential complex project

Thinh Phat Hoan Cau Company Limited proposed to invest in a residential complex project in Duc Trong district or Lac Duong district with an area of ​​1,000 hectares.

Thinh Phat Hoan Cau Company Limited (Thu Duc City) proposed to Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee to implement the Complex Residential Area Project.

Thinh Phat Hoan Cau Company Limited said that in the past, after studying the terrain of Lam Dong province, the Company wanted to invest in a residential complex project in Duc Trong district or Lac Duong district. "The location of bare hills is even better", Thinh Phat Toan Cau Company expressed its wish.

Accordingly, the proposed area for investment in the Residential Complex Project is about 1,000 hectares, with residential areas, kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and parks (construction density 35%).

"Once the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee approve the project, the Company will design the plan or have it approved by competent authorities in accordance with legal regulations," said Ms. Vo Thi Mai Hoa, Director of Thinh Phat Hoan Cau Company.

Regarding this proposal, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has transferred it to the Department of Planning and Investment for consideration and guidance for Thinh Phat Hoan Cau Company Limited to comply with the provisions of the law on investment.
