Close, simple, exemplary in every word and action are what the people of residential group 1, Muong Cha town (Muong Cha district) say about party member Khoang Van Hac. Originally a soldier, returning to ordinary life, Mr. Khoang Van Hac always carries within himself the noble qualities of a soldier of "Uncle Ho's Army".

Mr. Hac said that as a Thai ethnic, he always wanted to preserve the cultural identity of his people. After many years of research, he has made Khau Xen and Chi Chop cakes with regional flavors. With a selling price ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 VND per kilogram, it has created a stable income for his family.

In addition to producing Khau Xen and Chi Chop cakes, party member Khoang Van Hac also digs ponds to raise fish and raises livestock and poultry. According to calculations, each year, Mr. Hac's family earns from 200 to 300 million VND after deducting expenses.

“As a party member, I not only follow the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's laws, but also actively learn and boldly invest in farming and animal husbandry. With a stable economy, I often help and support the local people. If anyone has any needs, if possible, I always wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly support and help,” Mr. Hac shared.

The village has more than 130 households, but only 18% of households are poor. Therefore, nearly 20 Party members of the Ta Ko Khu Party Cell always promote the role of pioneers, role models, and leaders in activities; and are trusted and followed by the people.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Sin Thau Commune Po My Le commented: Not only comrade Ly Ly Ca, but all the Party cell secretaries in the commune are exemplary, prestigious, close to the people, listening to the people, making the people believe. Up to now, Sin Thau is the only commune in Muong Nhe district that has achieved the new rural standards. To achieve this joyful result, the role of each Party cell secretary is very important, demonstrated through the leadership capacity and effective operation through the terms as well as every year in all aspects of work. Through the annual assessment and classification of Party member quality, 100% of the Party cell secretaries of the villages directly under the Party Committee of the commune have fulfilled their tasks well or better.

Building a new rural area is an extremely important task of the entire political system. However, in order to properly implement the set roadmap with the goal of striving by 2025, the whole province will have 1 district (Dien Bien) meeting the new rural area standards; 1 commune meeting the model new rural area standards, 9 communes meeting the advanced new rural area standards, 76 communes meeting the standards and basically meeting the new rural area standards..., in addition to effectively applying the mechanisms and policies of the Central Government, the province and the district to invest in infrastructure, develop production, promoting the leadership role of Party committees as well as Party cells and each Party member is extremely important. Therefore, Party committees at all levels need to promote their leadership role well, closely follow the reality, goals and criteria; diversify propaganda activities. Through that, strongly change the awareness of cadres and people, especially so that they see themselves as the subject, thereby joining hands to build a new rural area with the motto "The State and the people work together".
