Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Huy Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy; Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of the People's Council and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
In 2024, the Provincial People's Procuracy will seriously implement the directives and resolutions of the Party, the National Assembly, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Council; at the same time, promptly deploy solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the inspection work. Therefore, the whole sector has achieved many positive results, the work targets have all met and exceeded the targets assigned by the National Assembly and the sector. The progress and quality of handling criminal cases have been accelerated, ensuring compliance with the law; there have been no cases that had to be suspended because they were not guilty or the court declared them not guilty; there have been no cases that returned the case files for additional investigation with the responsibility of the Procuracy; the rate of prosecution of the right crime and on time reached 100%, exceeding the target assigned by the National Assembly by 10%. The effectiveness and efficiency of the inspection of judicial activities in all fields continue to be improved; All requests and recommendations of the Procuracy were accepted, the rate of criminal and civil protests accepted by the court reached 100%, exceeding the target assigned by the National Assembly by 30%.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Huy Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy and comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the positive contributions of the Thai Binh Procuracy to the socio-economic development of the province.
Emphasizing that 2025 is an important year, with many important events of the country and the province, the comrades requested that in the coming time, the Thai Binh Procuracy continue to link the implementation of professional functions and tasks with the task of socio-economic development of the locality; together with the locality, focus on removing difficulties and obstacles, especially bottlenecks related to the legal system, to unblock resources for socio-economic development; effectively prevent and combat all types of crimes and law violations, maintain political security, social order and safety in the province, thereby creating a safe and open environment to attract investment. Further promote the core role of the Provincial People's Procuracy in the activities of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity; be proactive, responsible, and resolute in further improving the quality of practicing the right to prosecute, creating a real qualitative change in all aspects of work; Ensure the right person, right crime, right law is handled, prevent wrongful convictions, and criminals from escaping right from the time of handling information about crimes; review and on that basis thoroughly resolve cases, especially those related to cadres, party members, and cases at risk of becoming hot spots... Well implement the coordination regulations between the two-level people's procuracy and agencies and units in handling cases and incidents in accordance with the provisions of law; grasp the situation to proactively handle or advise Party committees and authorities at all levels to lead and direct the resolution of arising issues, especially complex and sensitive issues. Focus on implementing the arrangement of the apparatus organization according to Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee to ensure the requirements and progress of the direction of the province and the Supreme People's Procuracy, not to affect the litigation activities; uphold discipline, discipline, and strictness in the performance of official duties. Promote the role of a Party Committee member, continue to make many positive contributions to the development of mechanisms, policies, and solutions for local socio-economic development.

On this occasion, 12 collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2024 were commended and rewarded.
