Mr. Duong Vu Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Ca Mau province, informed about the province's e-commerce training activities to contribute to updating basic knowledge and skills in digital business.

With the theme "Promoting the application of e-commerce for cross-border sales", experts from IM Group disseminated a number of regulations in the field of e-commerce. At the same time, they shared knowledge, experience, and ways to build and develop a global online sales system, from website design; online advertising; building brand image to payment processing and delivery; effective multi-channel marketing on e-commerce.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc, Deputy General Secretary of Vietnam E-commerce Association, General Director of IM Group Technology Joint Stock Company, introduced the latest technologies in the field of e-commerce, including: AI ChatGPT to automate and simplify the process of building e-commerce systems, building online advertising content; developing Tiktok channels to reach customers; producing short videos by phone on social networks... to help businesses better understand consumers and optimize business strategies.

This is an opportunity for businesses, cooperatives, and production and business establishments in the province to gradually approach and apply advanced technologies to develop online business activities; grasp practical skills to bring products to e-commerce platforms, social networks... thereby promoting and widely introducing products to domestic and foreign customers.

In addition to the training conference for businesses, cooperatives, and production and business establishments, from August 15-16, the Department of Industry and Trade also opened two classes to guide online sales skills, how to recognize and be alert to online fraud methods for women, and update e-commerce knowledge and skills for union members, youth, and students who work part-time to earn income./.
