With the participation of 35 businesses, providing 5,000 recruitment positions, young employees about to enter the labor market have the opportunity to test, orient their careers, experience the actual interview process at businesses, and receive feedback from HR experts after the interview process.
Personality testing activities within the program help young candidates assess their abilities and personalities, thereby finding their strengths and weaknesses to position themselves and plan the most suitable career and job orientation.
Associate Professor Pham Hoang Quan, President of Saigon University, emphasized that young human resources need to be equipped with basic knowledge about digital transformation, acquire and accumulate useful skills and experiences during the learning and training process, and need to understand themselves to access suitable career opportunities.
