Briefly reporting on the results of the 9th Central Conference, 13th tenure, comrade Nguyen Van The said that after 3 days of urgent, serious and responsible work, the 9th Central Conference, 13th tenure reviewed, commented on and decided on many important issues. Accordingly, the Central Committee reached a high consensus on the guiding ideology and orientation to complete the Outline and draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Central Committee especially emphasized that the Draft documents must be truly worthy of being presented to the Congress, demonstrating the will and strength of the entire Party, people and army in the new development period with new momentum, new motivation, as well as new opportunities, advantages and difficulties, new challenges intertwined, determined to build our country to be increasingly rich, democratic, prosperous, civilized, happy, and steadily moving towards socialism; correctly identifying policies, orientations and major decisions to ensure the successful implementation of the cause of continuing to promote comprehensive and synchronous innovation, building, developing the country and protecting the Fatherland in the next 5 years, until 2030 (100 years of the Party's founding) and vision to 2045 (100 years of the country's founding).

Regarding the preparation for Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, the Central Committee thoroughly grasped that it must be closely linked to the implementation of regular tasks, ensuring high efficiency; paying attention to detecting and solving practical problems that are arising, especially those that are causing public concern. The work of preparing personnel and electing Party committees must be carried out in accordance with the Party's Charter, regulations and rules; carefully reviewing to select, introduce and elect truly worthy comrades, meeting the standards and requirements of the tasks in the new situation. At this conference, the Party Central Committee also considered and decided on a number of important issues regarding personnel work.
