On December 11, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Ba Che district, term XXV, held the 31st conference to evaluate the results of work in 2024 and deploy key tasks in 2025. Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, attended the conference.
In 2024, the Party Executive Committee of Ba Che district focused on leading and directing Party organizations to perform well political tasks; building a strong Party and political system. The field of socio-economic development achieved many outstanding results. The production value of economic sectors increased by 18.6% over the same period; concentrated forest areas exceeded the annual plan by 16.5%, increased by 13.4% over the same period; the value of industry and handicrafts at current prices increased by 28.6% over the same period; the budget revenue in the area exceeded the annual estimate by 35%; the average income per capita reached 80 million VND/person/year. The whole district no longer has poor households according to the province's criteria, and there are only 1 near-poor households. The political and social situation is stable, national defense - security, and social order and safety are maintained. Proactively and effectively deploy measures to respond to storm No. 3 (storm Yagi) and the floods caused by it, prevent human casualties, promptly overcome damages, stabilize the general situation and people's lives after storms and floods; promptly and properly deploy policies and regimes to support damage caused by storms and floods.
Implementing the key tasks in 2025, the Party Executive Committee of Ba Che district is determined to successfully implement the province's annual work theme and identify the district's annual work theme as "Breakthrough in socio-economic development, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the 25th Party Congress of the district, creating momentum for the new term". Strive for total social investment capital to increase by 15.5%; concentrated afforestation to reach 5,000 hectares, of which large timber forestation reaches 100 hectares, medicinal plants reach 50 hectares; average income per capita reaches 85 million VND/person/year; maintain no poor households according to the criteria specified in Resolution No. 13/2023/NQ-HDND dated March 30, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council; the rate of households using clean water meeting standards in rural areas reaches 85%, in urban areas reaches 99.5%...; There is one more commune that meets advanced new rural standards.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, requested the Ba Che District Party Committee to proactively and closely follow Resolution No. 31-NQ/TU on the province's orientation and tasks for 2025, with the working theme identified as "Breakthrough in economic development, creating momentum for the new term"; continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and unity to build a strong Party and political system; Closely follow the direction and orientation of the Central and the province to effectively implement the arrangement of the apparatus organization in accordance with the spirit of "streamlining - compactness - strength - efficiency - effectiveness - efficiency" and the motto "locality decides, locality does, locality takes responsibility" of the Central on the basis of summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Executive Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and arrange the apparatus organization of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient". Prepare all the best conditions in terms of facilities, ensure environmental sanitation, security and order and other necessary conditions for the election of village and neighborhood chiefs for the 2025-2027 term to ensure success; actively deploy the work of preparing documents and successfully organizing the Party Congress from the Party cell to the district level on schedule and with quality; effectively handle complaints and denunciations; Continue to pay attention to overcoming the consequences caused by storm No. 3 (Yagi), stabilize people's lives; build tourism products associated with promoting the cultural identity of ethnic groups; effectively implement the economic growth scenario; manage and operate budget revenue and expenditure, public investment in 2025; perform tasks in the fields of education, health, ensuring social security; ensure political security, social order and safety.
