In addition, mass mobilization work in all fields has received attention, focused leadership, and regular direction in conjunction with the implementation of the town's political tasks. The Front and socio-political organizations of the town continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, focusing on residential areas; coordinate well in implementing social security policies. To carry out the mass mobilization work to implement the theme of the Provincial Party Committee in 2024 on "Improving competitiveness and satisfaction of people and businesses"; recently, the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee has requested Party committees, authorities, the Front and socio-political organizations of the town to focus on disseminating, directing and implementing documents of the province and town on strengthening the leadership of the Party in improving the PAR Index, SIPAS, PAPI, PCI of the province. At the same time, direct the implementation of mass mobilization work, grassroots democracy regulations, transparency and publicity in the implementation of socio-economic development projects and works of the sector and locality from the planning stage, land use plans, compensation, site clearance. Strengthen the work of receiving citizens, dialogue between leaders of Party committees and authorities with people and businesses to listen, grasp the situation and regularly check and supervise the implementation. Along with that, regularly check and supervise the reception and handling of work and administrative procedure records of the "one-stop" department; rectify discipline, administrative discipline, working hours and working procedures of cadres, civil servants and public employees in the town.
