According to a quick report from the Industrial Park Management Board, up to now, businesses have basically completed paying salaries for December 2024, and have plans for Tet bonuses and Tet holidays to notify employees. Regarding Tet bonuses, from the beginning of the year, businesses have developed salary and bonus regulations as a basis for implementation. Businesses in Industrial Parks and Clusters in the province have an average Tet bonus of 3.5 - 4.5 million/person.
Workers at Sunrise Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Cam Khe Industrial Park) received an average bonus of 4 million VND/person.
Some enterprises with effective production and business performance have bonuses for employees based on seniority and large contributions, from 1.5 to 2 times the employee's monthly income. Specifically, the highest Tet bonus currently recorded is at enterprises in Phu Ha Industrial Park (Phu Tho town) with 5 million VND/person. Most enterprises have salaries and Tet bonuses with the 13th month salary.
In addition to paying salaries and Tet bonuses to employees, some enterprises in the industrial park also participate in social security activities in response to the program "Tet for the poor" launched by all levels and sectors such as: Cosmos Technology Co., Ltd. gave gifts to poor households with a total value of 119.95 million VND; Takao Vietnam Joint Stock Company gave gifts to poor households with a value of 100 million VND; Saigon - Phu Tho Beer Joint Stock Company gave 100 gifts to poor households in Dan Quyen and Hien Quan communes of Tam Nong district...
Activities to ensure salary and Tet bonus demonstrate the responsibility of enterprises towards their employees. It is also a gratitude to those who have "shared the hardships" with the enterprise to overcome a difficult and challenging business year.
