Captain Le Duc Thien received the "Outstanding Young Police Face" Award in 2024

As a member of the elite Fire Fighting and Rescue Team, Captain Le Duc Thien has directly participated in many complex fire fighting and rescue cases in the province; advised on the construction and maintenance of 346 models of "Fire Prevention and Fighting Interfamily Teams", 83 models of "Public Fire Fighting Points" along with dozens of other fire prevention and fighting safety models in the locality.

In the role of secretary of the grassroots youth union, he also advised the Party Committee and leaders of the unit to organize sports movements and activities, contributing to creating playgrounds, training, increasing solidarity among youth union members of affiliated youth union branches, promoting emulation movements to achieve achievements in the work of the Youth Union and youth movements associated with the political tasks of the unit.

In which, directly built and implemented the program "Experience as a firefighter", propagandized about fire prevention and fighting, instructed escape skills, and prevented drowning for more than 3,500 children in the province. From 2021 to present, the Youth Union of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department has implemented the Project "Youth of the People's Police supports children in difficult circumstances to go to school" for 4 cases of students in especially difficult circumstances in the province; coordinated with units to repair 300 sets of tables and chairs, build more than 800 new tables and chairs at some disadvantaged schools in the area; mobilized more than 50 tons of goods worth nearly 3 billion VND to support people in the northern provinces affected by storm Yagi.

The "Outstanding Young Police Faces" award is a noble award of the Ministry of Public Security for individuals and youth union members with outstanding achievements in work, combat, study, labor, training, research, application of science, technology, engineering, literature, art, publishing, journalism and sports.
