Establishment of Steering Committee for reorganizing commune-level administrative units

Da Vi Commune (Na Hang) is in the process of merging communes.

According to the Decision, Comrade Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Tuyen Quang province, is the Head of the Committee.

36 Deputy Heads of the Committee include Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee; leaders of departments, branches, and organizations of the Association.

The duties and powers of the Steering Committee include: Issuing the Working Regulations of the Steering Committee. Directing the development of the Project to rearrange and reorganize commune-level administrative units in Tuyen Quang province.

The documents of the Steering Committee use the seal of the Provincial Party Committee when signed by the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Head of the Steering Committee, Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee, and members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee - Deputy Heads of the Steering Committee (when authorized).

Use the seal of the Provincial People's Committee when the Chairman - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee - Deputy Heads of the Committee, and 4 members of the Steering Committee sign.

Use the seal of the Department of Home Affairs when the Director of the Department of Home Affairs - Standing Member signs. The Steering Committee assigns the Department of Home Affairs as the standing agency, responsible for performing the following tasks: advising the Steering Committee on the implementation of work contents on the arrangement of administrative units in the province; presiding over and coordinating with agencies, units and localities to develop a map of the current status of administrative units; a map of plans for the arrangement of administrative units in the province; developing plans and projects for the arrangement of administrative units in the province; making budget estimates for the development of plans and projects for the arrangement of administrative units in the province on the basis of savings and efficiency, reporting to competent authorities.

The Steering Committee works part-time and is self-dissolved after completing its tasks. The members of the Steering Committee perform their tasks as assigned by the Head of the Steering Committee.
