This is a congress held at the departmental party level to gain experience throughout the Party Committee of the General Department of Defense Industry.

During the organization of the congress, the Party Committee of Factory Z129 did a good job of preparation. In particular, the congress documents were carefully prepared, in accordance with instructions, of good quality, closely following the characteristics of the situation, functions and tasks of the Party Committee, especially the political report, working regulations and congress resolutions. The decoration, slogans and activities to welcome the congress were in accordance with instructions, economical and solemn.

The Congress discussed and contributed opinions on the draft Political Report, Review Report of the Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress; Draft Political Report of the Party Committee of the General Department of Defense Industry to be submitted to the 11th Congress of the General Department Party Committee.

The Congress unanimously assessed that during the past term, the Party Committee, factory commanders, Party committees, leaders, commanders of departments, workshops, enterprises and all cadres, party members, workers and employees overcame all difficulties, promoted the combined strength, with a spirit of solidarity and high unity, led, directed and organized the comprehensive implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 18th Party Congress of Z129, term 2020-2025.  

Speaking at the Congress, Major General Dinh Quoc Hung praised the achievements of the Party Committee of Factory Z129 in the recent past; at the same time, he highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of Factory Z129 in implementing the directives and instructions of the superiors on organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; strictly implementing the direction and instructions on organizing congresses at the departmental level to gain experience throughout the Party Committee of the General Department of Defense Industry.

The Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Factory Z129 for the 2025-2030 term was launched.

Major General Dinh Quoc Hung requested: The Party Committee of Factory Z129 leads the successful completion of assigned defense production tasks, ensuring progress, quality and absolute safety; building a production and business development strategy in line with the trend of international economic integration; focusing on research and application of modern science and technology, improving productivity, quality, reducing costs, lowering prices, enhancing product competitiveness; strengthening political and ideological education, promptly grasping and resolving the ideological situation for defense cadres, civil servants, and workers in the factory... After the congress, promptly issue an action program to implement the congress resolution; issue working regulations for the 2025-2030 term, assign tasks to the Standing Committee, Party Committee and amend and supplement the leadership regulations of key work aspects in accordance with regulations and instructions suitable to the unit's reality.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Factory Z129 for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 11 comrades; elected the Delegation to attend the 11th Congress of the Party Committee of the General Department of Defense Industry, with a high number of votes of confidence.

The Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term held its first meeting and approved the Congress Resolution. The 19th Congress of the Party Committee of Factory Z129, General Department of Defense Industry, term 2025-2030, completed all the contents and programs set out and was a great success.
