At the meeting, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation of Nghe An province, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union informed voters about the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of the Provincial National Assembly delegation at the session. Notably, the National Assembly voted to pass 18 laws and many important resolutions.
With a democratic and frank spirit, voters expressed 14 opinions, recommendations and proposals related to the locality such as: Requesting the State to issue health insurance cards for those who worship martyrs; researching policies to support health insurance for veterans who enlisted after April 30, 1975 to December 31, 1989 and supporting health insurance and voluntary social insurance for those who work part-time at the hamlet level.

Regarding the education sector, some voters suggested that all levels study and issue regulations on collection levels from the beginning of the school year; study and improve textbooks suitable for each level of education and reduce the general education program. Voters are also interested in the arrangement and use of facilities when implementing administrative unit arrangement; policies for non-professional workers in villages and hamlets; ensuring traffic safety, waste treatment to ensure the rural environment, especially waste from packaging and bottles of plant protection drugs...

After listening to voters' opinions, representatives of the National Assembly delegation of Nghe An province, provincial and district departments and branches responded and clarified issues and recommendations within their authority. For some issues not within their authority, they were compiled to submit to higher levels for consideration and early specific responses to voters.
