The 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest has a total of 66 awards.

Bac Kan Provincial Library is an attractive reading spot for children in the province during the summer vacation.

The 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest is organized for students in Bac Kan province, with 2 groups of subjects including primary and secondary school students and high school students.

Through the Contest, we arouse the passion for reading in the young generation; exchange and share experiences of reading and develop a reading culture, thereby encouraging and promoting the reading movement in schools and communities, forming habits and improving reading skills for students.

Regarding the content of the exam, the entry must fully answer the 2 questions posed in the exam, have healthy, clear content, in accordance with Vietnamese customs and culture; ensure accuracy, information security and other relevant legal regulations.

Books shared in the contest entry must be legally published in Vietnam (contestants are encouraged to share recently published books that are topical, have topics close to life, and express the aspiration to build a prosperous, happy, and prosperous country). Note that the source of the book must be specifically and fully introduced.

Each contestant submits an independent entry (no group entry), the presentation language is Vietnamese and can use one of two formats:

Writing (typed, handwritten): The length of the written entry must not exceed 5,000 words (15 typed pages).

Video Editing: Minimum duration is 5 minutes, maximum is 10 minutes; can use effects, techniques and ensure image and sound quality; maximum capacity is 2GB, minimum resolution is 480px, minimum frame size is 854 x480 or higher; saved in popular formats .mp4, .avi, .mpeg, .mkv, .klv... and suitable for posting on YouTube.

The Organizing Committee of the 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest will award prizes for the provincial preliminary round and select 6 excellent entries to participate in the final round organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism before July 15, 2025.

Time for candidates to write and submit their entries: From March 25, 2025 to June 30, 2025.

Address for receiving entries: Candidates submit their entries at the school they are attending. The school is responsible for compiling and sending them directly or by post to the Bac Kan Provincial Library (Group 7, Song Cau Ward, Bac Kan City, Bac Kan Province).
