There are not many foreign coaches working in the V-League, but they are the ones who are leading the strongest clubs, or holding one of the most important titles in Vietnamese football. One of the two foreign coaches working in the domestic league is Mr. Mano Polking (German of Brazilian origin). He is the coach of the Hanoi Police Club (CAHN), the team with the highest quality stars in the V-League, and is also the leading candidate for the championship of this tournament in the 2024-2025 season.

Among them, Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan and Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang are very strong-willed coaches, while coach Vu Hong Viet of Nam Dinh team also has a very good force. Nam Dinh team has Tuan Anh, Hong Duy, Rafaelson, Van Toan, Hendrio who are very good at fighting, ready to block the way of CAHN club of coach Mano Polking.

They are the current champions of this tournament.

Thanh Hoa team's playing style under coach Popov is very annoying. They do not have the same depth of force as CAHN, The Cong Viettel, Binh Duong or Hanoi FC.
