There are not many foreign coaches working in the V-League, but they are the ones leading the strongest clubs, or holding one of the most important titles in Vietnamese football. One of the two foreign coaches working in the domestic league is Mr. Mano Polking (German of Brazilian origin). He is the coach of the Hanoi Police Club (CAHN), the team with the highest quality stars in the V-League, and is also the leading candidate for the championship of this tournament in the 2024-2025 season.

Mr. Mano Polking is the former coach of the Thai national team, who won two AFF Cup championships in 2020 and 2022. This coach is considered experienced enough to restore stability to the CAHN Club, after their inconsistent performance last season.
This year, CAHN competes on three fronts, including V-League, National Cup and Southeast Asian Club Championship. Coach Mano Polking’s team with Quang Hai, Viet Anh, Van Thanh, Phan Van Duc, Dinh Trong, Nguyen Filip… is considered a candidate for the championship in all three tournaments.
But to reach the highest position of Vietnamese football in the near future, coach Mano Polking must compete with famous strategists of Vietnamese football, including Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Binh Duong), Nguyen Duc Thang (The Cong Viettel), Vu Hong Viet (Nam Dinh).
Among them, Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan and Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang are very strong-willed coaches, while coach Vu Hong Viet of Nam Dinh team also has a very good squad. Nam Dinh team has Tuan Anh, Hong Duy, Rafaelson, Van Toan, Hendrio who are very good at fighting, ready to block the way of CAHN club of coach Mano Polking.

They are the current champions of this tournament.
Thanh Hoa team's playing style under coach Popov is very annoying. They do not have the same depth of force as CAHN, The Cong Viettel, Binh Duong or Hanoi FC.
