The delegation of Vinh Phuc Provincial Red Cross Society visited and worked in Hua Phan province, Laos

During 4 days, from March 26 to 30, the Red Cross delegation of Vinh Phuc province visited and worked in Hua Phan province, Laos.

During the working trip, the delegation of the Provincial Red Cross Society had many working sessions and exchanged experiences on humanitarian and charity work with the Red Cross Society of Hua Phan Province. The Vinh Phuc Provincial Red Cross Society introduced effective volunteer models, including sustainable livelihood support, humanitarian blood donation, community health care and disaster response. The two sides agreed to continue exchanging experiences to improve the capacity of the Red Cross Society staff in both provinces.

In addition to official working sessions, the delegation will participate in many meaningful charity activities, such as giving gifts to 50 disadvantaged families, each worth 500,000 VND; supporting livelihoods for 5 families, each worth 10 million VND. The total value of gifts is 75 million VND.

These activities not only demonstrate the spirit of mutual love but also strengthen solidarity between the people of the two provinces, contributing to consolidating the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Laos.

The visit and working session of the Vinh Phuc Red Cross Society in Hua Phan province opened a new chapter in humanitarian cooperation between the two provinces. The two sides pledged to continue to maintain and develop the relationship, implementing more cooperation programs in the future to support localities with many difficulties.
