Tuor B Village Construction Cooperative was established in 2020 under Resolution 07/NQ-HU dated October 11, 2019 of the Party Executive Committee of Krong Ana district on socio-economic development of ethnic minority villages in the district for the period 2020-2025 (referred to as Resolution 07). In nearly 4 years of operation, the Group has received many construction projects from people in the village and the region. The cooperative has 12 members and about 20 assistants. The work is steady, the income is stable, the assistants earn 250,000 VND/day, the main workers earn 350,000 VND/day.
Mr. Y Kso Nghi, a member of the Cooperative Group, shared: With the support of the State in vocational training in construction and skills improvement, the brothers in the Group shared experiences and construction techniques, I became a master worker, earning 350,000 VND/day. Compared to before, when I only worked on the fields, learning a trade and working has a stable income, and the family economy is better.
Not only the Tuor B Village Construction Cooperative Group, the district has built 8 Construction Cooperative Group models with 80 members. All members are vocational trainees and have their skills trained according to programs and policies for ethnic minorities.
Sharing with us, Ms. H'Ban Nie Kdam, Head of the Ethnic Affairs Department of Krong Ana district, said: Resolution 07/NQ-HU supports many production and career models, and the supported models are all very effective. Ethnic minorities have benefited from changes in their thinking and working methods, and their economic life has been increasingly improved. In particular, the best thing about Resolution 07/NQ-HU is the content of solving local employment after vocational training.
After 4 years of implementation, we have found that the models are close to the needs of the people and have achieved positive results. The models from Resolution 07 have effectively contributed to changing the farming practices, thinking and working methods of the people, and the appearance of the villages has increasingly improved.

The road to Dur 1 village, Dur Kmal commune, is paved with smooth asphalt, passing through fruit-laden coffee gardens. Secretary of the Krông Ana District Party Committee H'Yâo Knul shared: Krông Ana District has 26 ethnic minority villages.
