The company produced cosmetics without being granted a certificate of eligibility for cosmetic production. The company was suspended from producing cosmetics until it was granted a certificate of eligibility for cosmetic production in accordance with the law, but not more than 24 months.

Ngoc Khai Production and Trading Company Limited (Binh Tri Dong Ward, Binh Tan District) was fined 50 million VND.
