After Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training took effect, Nghe An has had 1,396 establishments registered to provide tutoring services.

On April 17, information from the Nghe An Department of Education and Training said that currently, in this province, there are 1,396 households registered to do tutoring business through the Finance - Planning Department of the districts.

Among the localities with licensed households registering to teach extra classes, Vinh City has 838 households, Yen Thanh District has 150 households, Dien Chau District has 99 households, Quy Hop mountainous district has 47 households... Only Quy Chau mountainous district has no individuals registered to teach extra classes.

Nghe An Department of Education and Training also said that extra-curricular teaching is currently mainly for students in grades 9 and 12. Teachers who are teaching at public schools, if they participate in extra-curricular teaching, must report to the school and carry out other contents in accordance with the regulations in Circular 29.

After Circular 29 took effect, Nghe An currently has 397 secondary schools and 91 high schools organizing extra classes in schools (accounting for 100%). These schools all provide free extra classes with a duration of 2 periods/week/subject, for students with unsatisfactory final results, excellent students and final year students. The number of extra classes in schools is 2,302, with more than 137,000 students attending.
