Accordingly, the contents must be implemented to ensure safety, prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases, prevent fires and explosions; build awareness, safe working habits and styles; develop rules and standards of conduct for related members and participants in the production process on issues that have been prescribed to ensure occupational safety and hygiene. With specific manifestations such as: Through the attitude of workers towards complying with procedures and regulations on occupational safety, building a safe working environment, strictly following the procedures for operating equipment, power grids, awareness of self-protection... The performance of the parties (employers, workers) will be a clear and key image of this task.
The implementation will help workers get into the habit of always thinking about safety before working, voluntarily complying with occupational safety and hygiene regulations, along with paying attention to and ensuring adequate facilities, equipment, jobs, stable income, and improved spiritual life so that workers can feel secure in production, thereby increasing labor productivity and the unit's development.

Affirming the importance of implementing well the work of promoting the construction of occupational safety and health culture must be the top priority. At the ceremony, the board of directors and all key staff of the company expressed their high determination, joined hands and unanimously implemented the work of promoting the construction of occupational safety and health culture, contributing to building corporate culture throughout the company. In which, they committed to implementing well 5 main goals: Absolutely no occupational accidents, fire and explosion incidents due to subjective errors; minimizing traffic accidents, occupational accidents, risks to employees; minimizing electrical accidents among people, protecting high-voltage power grid corridors, preventing power grid incidents; implementing well the solutions in PCTT&TKCN work, minimizing the impact of natural disasters and extreme weather on the power grid; continuing to promote the construction of occupational safety culture.
