Preparation and organization of party congresses at all levels

At the 11th Conference, the Central Executive Committee basically agreed on the content of amending and supplementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Central Executive Committee emphasized that the work of preparing and organizing Party congresses at all levels must be led and directed by Party committees at all levels in accordance with the Party's regulations and principles, especially the principle of democratic centralism, ensuring safety, practicality, efficiency, no formality, and resolutely fighting waste and negativity.
