Announcement of the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on naming roads and streets in Ben Sung town

On the afternoon of January 29, the People's Committee of Nhu Thanh district held a ceremony to announce Resolution No. 480/NQ-HDND of the 18th Provincial People's Council on naming streets and roads in Ben Sung town. Attending the ceremony were representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments, agencies, branches, mass organizations, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council.

Leaders of Nhu Thanh district received the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on naming roads and streets for towns.

In order to contribute to the good implementation of urban management and administrative management; facilitate administrative, commercial and service transactions in Ben Sung town, meet the requirements and aspirations of the people, the People's Committee of Nhu Thanh district coordinated with the consulting unit to conduct surveys and develop a plan to name roads, streets and public works in Ben Sung town to submit to competent authorities for approval.

On December 14, 2023, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council approved and issued Resolution No. 480/NQ-HDND on naming roads, streets and public works in Ben Sung town.

At the announcement ceremony, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced Resolution No. 480/NQ-HDND of the 18th Provincial People's Council on naming 11 roads and 25 streets in Ben Sung town.

The names given to roads and streets are the names of famous people, kings, lords, generals and the names of typical historical locations and events through historical periods, with political, cultural and social significance, demonstrating respect for history and the responsibility of Party leaders and authorities at all levels in managing and preserving traditional cultural values.

The ceremony to announce the naming of roads, streets and public works in Ben Sung town is also an opportunity to pay tribute to famous people, those who have contributed to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, reminding future generations to continue the tradition of their ancestors, building Nhu Thanh district to become more and more prosperous and civilized.

Immediately after the announcement ceremony, delegates participated in the ceremony of attaching nameplates to Le Thai To Street and Ba Trieu Street, Ben Sung Town.
