Dam Ha: 70 villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods build children's playgrounds from recycled materials

Deployed from February 2025, associated with the peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Up to now, all 70 villages, hamlets and neighborhoods of the district have completed playgrounds according to the competition criteria.

Responding to the contest, each residential area in Dam Ha district built a public playground, with at least 5 to 10 tools (slides, swings, seesaws...) made from recycled materials; thereby contributing to raising public awareness of recyclable materials and items, reducing waste to the environment; at the same time creating more fun and useful playgrounds for teenagers and children in the residential area.

The Organizing Committee of the contest scored the children's playground in Hoang Van Thu neighborhood (Dam Ha town, Dam Ha district).

The practical content of the contest has attracted enthusiastic response and participation from a large number of union members, association members, and local people. Up to now, all 70/70 villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods of Dam Ha district have completed children's playgrounds from recycled materials, basically following the criteria set out by the contest (in terms of quantity, use value, aesthetics, creativity, etc. of the toys).

The Organizing Committee of the contest has conducted the scoring, selected 24 typical playgrounds and plans to organize the summary and award ceremony at the Dam Ha Town Night Food Street art program, taking place on the evening of April 12, 2025.
