Mrs. Nguyen shared: "For many years, I have always wanted my grandchild to go to school like other children, but because life is so difficult, I could not do it. According to Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thi Thu Thuy - Head of Ninh Da Ward Police, Lucky's grandmother is old and her health is gradually declining. When the weather changes or she gets sick, she cannot work to take care of her grandchild. Sympathizing with her situation, the Ward Police took her in until she turns 18. In the coming time, the Ward Police will coordinate with departments, branches, and organizations to call on benefactors to join hands to support her so that she can have a better future.
