The Hanoi City Police Investigation Agency has just sent a document to the Hanoi Department of Justice and the Hanoi City Land Registration Office regarding the suspension of real estate transactions of 77 land lots in La Khe Ward, Ha Dong District.
Specifically, the document stated that the Hanoi City Police Investigation Agency is verifying a case with signs of violating regulations on compensation, support, and resettlement when the State reclaims land in Ha Dong district, related to 77 plots of land located in La Khe ward.

Accordingly, Hanoi Police requested the Department of Justice to immediately direct notary offices, notary practice organizations, justice departments of districts, towns, and commune-level People's Committees in the entire city to temporarily suspend notarization and certification of transactions related to the above 77 land lots.
At the same time, it is requested that the Hanoi City Land Registration Office direct the land registration offices of districts, towns and cities in the City not to register changes related to these 77 land lots .
