Promoting Vietnam tourism at P4G Summit

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism has just issued an official dispatch to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hanoi City on promoting tourism to serve the 4th Partnership for Green Growth and the Global Goals (P4G) Summit in 2025.

Accordingly, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism requested the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports to coordinate with the Hanoi Department of Tourism to integrate the promotion of Vietnam tourism with the Conference identity provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on decorative, propaganda, and visual promotion means (slogans, billboards, posters, outdoor electronic screens, etc.).

Organize cultural and tourism promotion spaces inside and outside the Summit area, at the airport, main streets and main public spaces in the City.

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism will provide tourism promotional videos to be shown on screens during the conference.

The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism also requested the Hanoi Department of Tourism to guide tourist accommodation establishments serving conference delegates to review, renovate, upgrade, and improve facilities, human resources, and service processes, control service quality, and ensure hygiene, security, and food safety.

Decorate, promote information about destinations, arrange video screens to introduce Vietnam tourism and Hanoi tourism. Organize to welcome delegates, coordinate with travel agencies to arrange tables to introduce and sell tourism programs for delegates staying at the hotel.

The Hanoi Department of Tourism guides travel agencies to select quality tourism products and outstanding and attractive tourism programs to introduce and serve delegates and international reporters upon request. Coordinate with hotels where delegates stay to arrange tour desks.

Guide tourist attractions to improve landscapes, facilities, ensure hygiene, signs, instructions, and arrange tour guides at the sites to serve conference delegates upon request.

Check and control the quality of services in the area, especially tourism services for Conference delegates, to ensure the provision of unique and quality tourism products.

Previously, chairing a meeting to review preparations for the 4th P4G Summit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son especially noted the need to apply digital technology right from the preparation stage, image promotion, cultural and artistic activities, etc. Organizing the conference needs to pay attention to combining tradition with modernity, trying to take advantage of and apply new achievements of science and technology.

The 4th P4G Summit, in addition to the participation of the top leaders of the 9 P4G countries, is also expected to invite senior leaders of ASEAN countries, important partners such as China, the US, Japan, India, New Zealand, France, Germany, etc., along with leaders of international organizations and corporations.
