Bau Duc's daughter bought another 1 million shares

(NLDO) - This is the 5th time in 2024 that Mr. Duc's daughter has registered to trade HAG shares.

* SGN: Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company (SGN) announced that it has received the decision to recognize the successful mediation result of the People's Court of Quy Nhon City (Binh Dinh) to resolve the lawsuit between SGN and Bamboo Airways Joint Stock Company (Bamboo Airways - BAV).

Bamboo Airways has been highly appreciated by many passengers.

According to the court, the two parties signed a contract to provide ground services at Tan Son Nhat and Da Nang airports according to IATA standards. However, as of November 12, 2024, Bamboo Airways still owed SGN a total of VND68.51 billion.

Of which, the debt at Tan Son Nhat airport is more than 52.51 billion VND and Da Nang airport is 16 billion VND, with interest accrued at 1.5 billion VND. The court accepted SGN's request and forced Bamboo Airways to pay the entire principal and interest accrued on schedule.

*HAG: Ms. Doan Hoang Anh, the biological daughter of Mr. Doan Nguyen Duc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company, registered to buy 1 million HAG shares from December 23, 2024 to January 21, 2025, to increase her ownership to 14 million shares, accounting for 1.23% of shares at HAGL. This is the 5th time in 2024 that Mr. Duc's daughter has registered to trade HAG shares, in the context that this code has been on an upward trend since the beginning of November 2024 until now.

*CTG: The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade was approved to offer VND8,000 billion in bonds to the public. The offering period is divided into 2 phases, the first phase will be issued within 90 days from the date of approval.

*TCB: Mr. Phan Thanh Son, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Tecombank) has just completed selling 300,000 TCB shares, reducing his holding ratio of TCB to 3,453 million shares (0.04.90%).

*MBB: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy, Member of the Executive Board of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBB), registered to sell 62,000 MBB shares from December 23, 2024 to January 21, 2025, to meet personal needs, reducing the holding ratio to 0.014% (753,902 shares).

*SHB: Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) has just announced the dismissal of Mr. Luu Danh Duc from the position of Deputy General Director and Director of Information Technology to handle resignation procedures from December 18, 2024.

*TNT: TNT Group Corporation has completed the divestment of all capital from its subsidiary, Tay Bac Investment and Development Corporation, since December 17, through the transfer of 17.5 million shares, equivalent to 76.09% of charter capital.
