Storm No. 3 has passed and left behind many serious consequences in terms of human lives and property for people in many northern provinces and cities, including Tran Yen district (Yen Bai). Responding to the call of the leaders of the Ministry of Health and central agencies, the Health and Life Newspaper has called on units, businesses, organizations and individuals to promote the tradition of 'mutual love and support' to join hands to help people affected by floods.

Each trip is a journey full of humanity. In Viet Thanh commune, Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province, the program will bring 155 gifts in cash and in kind with the desire to help people overcome the consequences, rebuild their lives and ensure their health after the storm and flood; at the same time, support the Tran Yen District Medical Center, 11 commune health stations and Viet Thanh Commune Kindergarten to repair facilities and purchase equipment after the impact of the flood. Cash and many essential goods supported here have a total value of 1.8 billion VND.
In addition to supporting people in flooded areas of Yen Bai province, the Health and Life newspaper also made many trips to support people in Bac Giang, Lang Son and Tuyen Quang provinces to help people in the northern region who suffered heavy damage due to the circulation of storm No. 3.
