According to the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the congress of the Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term will be completed before January 15, 2025. Currently, the preparation work for the congress of the Party cells under the grassroots Party Committee for the 2025-2027 term is being carried out with a spirit of urgency, method, quality and in accordance with Party regulations.
Zone 2, Yen Giang Ward, Quang Yen Town has a total of 154 households, with over 500 people. Implementing the resolution of the Party Congress for the 2022-2025 term, the Party Committee and Zone 2 Party Cell have focused on leading the excellent completion of the set targets.

The rate of cultural families in the area has reached 97.8%. Many roads and public works have been built by the people, creating an increasingly bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape. With this achievement, for many consecutive years, Party Cell Zone 2 has become a bright spot in the Party building organization of Yen Giang ward.

Regarding personnel work, after completing the election of the head of the zone, the Party cell will discuss and give opinions on the personnel of the Party cell committee.
Similarly, in Khe Ngan village Party cell, Dai Duc commune, Tien Yen district, all preparations for the model congress are being actively implemented.
Party cell secretary and village head Dang Van Thanh said: Khe Ngan village party cell is one of two party cells selected by the commune Party Committee to organize a model congress. This is a great honor, but at the same time it also requires a very high level of responsibility. Deeply aware of this, in the past time, the Party cell has proactively led and directed the implementation of the preparation and organization of the congress. The 2025-2027 term continues to implement the model of the Party cell secretary who is also the village head, so the village is currently implementing steps to organize the election of the village head, then introduce the election of the Party cell secretary for the 2025-2027 term. Regarding the Party Committee's personnel, in recent years the Party cell has paid great attention to the work of developing Party members and building a successor team. Currently, all heads of mass organizations in the village are Party members. This is an advantage for the Party cell's personnel work for the 2025-2027 term.
According to Instruction No. 06-HD/BTCTU of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee on some contents of the Party cell congresses under the grassroots Party committees for the 2025-2027 term, the work of summarizing and evaluating the implementation of the Party cell congress resolution for the 2022-2025 term is identified as an important task. It is necessary to clearly point out the advantages, disadvantages, causes and draw lessons in leadership, direction, and organization of implementation; clearly define the goals and directions for the 2025-2027 term. Regarding the personnel work of electing the secretary, deputy secretary, and Party cell, it must comply with the regulations and election rules in the Party. Personnel work is associated with continuing to implement the policy that the Party cell secretary is also the head of the village, hamlet, and neighborhood and the Party cell secretary is the head of the agency, unit, department head, workshop manager, etc.
In line with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the guidance of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, 4,771 Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees in the whole province are making efforts to focus on doing a good job of preparing for the congress with a sense of urgency. The grassroots Party Committees are also focusing on directing and guiding the preparation work so that the Party cell congresses are organized in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress, in the spirit of solidarity, promoting democracy, maintaining Party discipline, focusing on quality, practicality, thrift, and avoiding ostentation and formality.
Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dai Duc Commune (Tien Yen District) Hoang Viet Tung said: Dai Duc Commune Party Committee has 13 subordinate Party cells, of which the Commune Party Committee selected Khe Ngan Village Party Cell and Dai Duc 2 Primary and Secondary School Party Cell to organize the model congress for the 2025-2027 term. Therefore, the preparation work for the Party cell congress is being directed by the Commune Party Committee, ensuring the correct principles, promoting democracy and intelligence of Party members. The Commune Party Committee has assigned the Party Committee members assigned to each Party cell to grasp the situation, guide the preparation of conditions for organizing the congress, in which special attention is paid to personnel for the new term. The selection of factors to be elected to participate in the Party cell committee will be carefully reviewed by the Commune Party Committee, thereby selecting a team with a high sense of responsibility and dedication to the movement; Building a new term Party Committee must ensure quality, inheritance, development, and have a reasonable quantity and structure for comprehensive leadership.
In particular, to make the congresses of the Party cells a broad political activity, the Party Committee of Dai Duc commune has initiated an emulation movement in each Party cell; each Party cell registers at least one project or task, mobilizing all cadres and people to participate.
It can be affirmed that right from the preparation stage of the congress, the Party cells have carried out the congress with care and determination, and the Party committees at all levels in the province have shown their initiative and positivity in directing. Careful preparation is an important premise for successfully organizing the Party cell congress for the 2025-2027 term, building a strong grassroots political system, and making an important contribution to the implementation of tasks in the locality.
