Choose University of Economics or University of Economics - Law Ho Chi Minh City?

I want to study Management Information Systems, but I don't know whether to choose Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) or University of Economics and Law (UEL)?

According to my research, both schools have separate majors: Business Information Systems - Enterprise Capacity Planning System (UEH), Management Information Systems - Digital Business and Artificial Intelligence (UEL).
